THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking talented and experienced Digital Marketing Managers (Enterprise and Higher Education) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and social media management within a software, ideally SaaS company. The successful candidate will lead our marketing efforts for the enterprise sector or the higher education sector, based on your background and experience.

Digital Marketing Manager – Enterprise: As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Modo's offerings to commercial enterprises across multiple industries, especially financial services, life sciences, legal among others.

Digital Marketing Manager – Higher Education: As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Modo's higher education platform.

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the continental U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Modo's workplace experience or higher education platform.
  • Create engaging and compelling content, including blog posts, eBooks/whitepapers, webinars, case studies, videos, and social media updates, tailored to engage and identify prospects.
  • Align and collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and grow Modo's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Modo's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, optimized, relevant, and engaging.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

OUR WISH LIST

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and social media management within a software company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Hubspot, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Digital Marketing Manager – Enterprise: Domain experience with marketing workplace experience platforms is highly desirable.
  • Digital Marketing Manager – Higher Education: Knowledge of the higher education sector and its unique challenges and opportunities is highly desirable.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Attractive compensation package including equity: The base hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. This range is considered a national average determined by the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this role. Starting compensation will be commensurate with an individual’s background, experience, and location and may vary.
