THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a resourceful, ambitious Account Executive to help us grow. If you're energized by building pipeline, running your own playbook, and owning deals end-to-end, we want to hear from you.

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the continental U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a Target Account Based territory, with a focus on strategic outbound outreach and target account development.
  • Partner with Marketing and BDR to generate leads through prospecting, networking, and creative campaigns.
  • Build relationships with multi-stakeholder buying groups across IT, enrollment, student affairs, and leadership.
  • Run consultative sales processes from discovery to close, with cross-functional support from Product, Customer Success, Services, and leadership.
  • Help shape messaging, share insights from the field, and influence go-to-market strategy as we grow.

OUR WISH LIST

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in higher education.
  • Experience in startups or resource-light environments where you’ve helped drive pipeline generation.
  • A track record of outperforming goals through outbound efforts.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to align value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to pitch new or evolving value propositions.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity—we’re building fast, and you’ll help shape what comes next.
  • Well versed in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Mobile application software experience a plus.
  • Experience with Target Account-Based Selling Methodology.
  • Team player.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Attractive compensation package including equity: The hiring range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 OTE. This range is considered a national average determined by the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this role. Starting compensation will be commensurate with an individual’s background, experience, and location and may vary.
