THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Product Manager, you will own critical product initiatives, including the opportunity to work on data and analytics solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategy, drive development, and ensure successful launches. This role is key to delivering impactful products that align with business objectives, provide value to customers, and enable internal and external stakeholders with the tools and resources they need.
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the continental U.S.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
- Partner with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment between the product strategy and overall business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Define user personas and customer use cases to guide product development and ensure user-centric design.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver functional, scalable, and user-friendly products.
- Develop and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Own the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements, setting timelines, and managing milestones.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market efforts and enablement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and post-launch insights to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Develop and manage engaging product documentation and enablement content for a wide variety of audiences, including customers, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product documentation is user-friendly, up-to-date, and accessible to accelerate adoption for novice and power users alike.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create enablement materials, such as user guides, videos, and FAQs, that align with the product vision and drive engagement.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
OUR WISH LIST
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating customer needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience in the low-code / no-code platform space or mobile engagement solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with product development processes, APIs, and working with technical teams.
- Strong track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms to track and manage product lifecycles.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in enterprise solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Attractive compensation package including equity: The base hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This range is considered a national average determined by the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this role. Starting compensation will be commensurate with an individual’s background, experience, and location and may vary.
